We recently caught up with celebrity trainer Chris Tye-Walker to chat about his fitness philosophy and love of interval training. It’s easy to see why trainers like Chris are changing the fitness industry, and the reason left us warm and fuzzy. Chris’s resume and demand as one of the most sought after trainers in Hollywood only makes you feel slightly inadequate, until you realise it’s all surpassed by his love for genuinely helping people. Swoon.

Chris is a master trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp in Los Angeles and we have had the pleasure of taking his classes many times. They are a favourite of Isabelle’s and a must when visiting LA!
